We personally love kids care and the level of care my child is receiving. We are so thankful for Sam and Sally! They have been incredible with my child — patient, encouraging, and so creative in the way they make therapy both effective and fun. We’ve seen progress since starting with them. Their kindness, expertise, and genuine care make such a difference. We truly appreciate both of our therapist!

Unfortunate the staff from Kids Care are unprofessional. My kids were doing OT at home with Sally and she brought a student called Malory. Sally, the OT and supervisor of the student allowed Malory to run the session for one of my kids. Malory was very rude, using a tone that wasn’t supposed to be used by a student with a kid, and that kid is at his home. The supervisor, Sally the OT, was just seeing something on her phone/tablet and didn’t intervene at the moment. She also use has hands in my kid to make him stop, instead of using a different approach. She also was rude in her way talking to my youngest son. All those things were seen by the OT, and no intervene happened. That’s disappointing. Since this is relate to my kids, I have the right to talk or say to anyone that I want. I mentioned to my son’s PT, Sarah, and she make the wrong decision in report to the agency what I told her. I never asked her to report anything. In the end the agency and staff act in Retaliation on my kids not seeing anymore. That’s wrong. But unfortunately they don’t tell the whole story right? Just one side! Sarah never report to the agency that she works that she mentioned about my son to her friend, when her friend talked about homeschool kids, calling them weird. And then the agency called me an say HIPPA??? What clinic of professionals are them? They are rude to the kids, they touch/hold their hands to making them stop instead of talking and also go to others people/ friends and talked about my kids?? What HIPPA police is that? What they r doing? If I say something about my kids to others, I can do it, but they can’t! And also if I am no happy with treatment and the way that they treat my kids, I have the right to say and they can’t no be upset. That’s it.

The staff here is extremely unprofessional.
