A shout out to RN Katie and PT Angela, they did an outstanding job working with my mom, Milca. So glad I chose Bayada, this company is extremely professional compared to others. My mother and I thank you, you both will be missed💕🙏🏼

I love my Physical Therapy (PT) Team at Bayada. I've had the pleasure in working with Devin, Christina plus JP and they all comprehensively communicate while being collaborative. Devin does most of the assessments, JP has done most of the hands-on PT and Christina set the wheels in motion with her positive personality plus practical proven design. I can't thank them enough for providing 4 layers of therapy: obviously physical, mental/emotional, social and spiritual healing. In my relatively short yet efficient time with them I went from barely walking (stage 4 metastatic cancer recovery w/ Leptomeningea) to gym ready No Evidence of Disease. (NED) All 3 were consultative, supportive while coaching me to confidently correct some pieces where I'm now self sufficient. Thank you & Blessings to TEAM Bayada PT. Much Respect, Geoff Wexler

My experiences with the nurses, PT, and OT's have been great. There is no doubt that their main objective is to get me well again by giving me the tools, exercises, and knowledge for me to help myself between their visits. The compassion of each one of them have collectively made my experience with BAYADA and their employees a pleasant one as I work on/with my body to get back to back to my normal. I appreciate each one as I continue with their services for the next several weeks!

Initially the aide showed up and was very helpful. After a couple months the aide I had was calling in, unreliable, and unprofessional. Within 5 months I had 4 different aides. There were several occasions where I was advised by higher management that Bayada did not have enough coverage to accommodate my contract. As my condition became worse and help was needed, I was left to fend for myself. Bayada (won’t name names) employees called and advised 2 weeks prior to my contract ending that they will not have the resources to finish the contract, not surprising. This was my first time ever needing home care and Bayada did/does not meet the standard. As an Army veteran and pregnant mom I honestly thought they’d provide a higher level of care than what I was provided. Aides were on the phone more than they were providing assistance. Aides did not take pride in their jobs. Being an aide wasn’t a priority for the home health aides at Bayada. I would not recommend Bayada if you have serious health issues and are in need of services. This company doesn’t have adequate staffing to accommodate home health needs. Absolute worse experience I’ve ever had at such a vulnerable time in my life.

This is the worst homecare agency I have ever worked with. They have no shows for weeks, then actually have a no call no show during a tuesday. They did not seem to think about calling and even letting us know. When no services were here, they actually said oops we double booked you. They make the customer feel as if they are not important. I feel as a registered nurse myself, how can this company keep going. They should feel ashamed.
