Interim HealthCare has been an incredible support system for my aunt after her recent diagnosis. From the first phone call, it was clear that this team goes above and beyond to make sure their patients and families feel cared for and valued. They’ve handled every step with such professionalism and warmth that I felt completely at ease knowing my aunt was in great hands. Destiny, the scheduling manager, made the entire process smooth and easy to navigate—she was on top of everything and always kind in her communication. Natosha, the director, created such a welcoming environment that I felt right at home, and Heidi was so attentive and thoughtful throughout. The aides have also been wonderful, always showing genuine care and patience. This team has truly earned my trust and gratitude, and I can’t imagine a better place for my aunt’s care.

They are top notch Could not be more pleased. They do there best for all my need. The care givers are very well chosen, kind so helpful, I dont know what I would do without them. Oh ya they give me ride to where I need to go. Rides are not easy to find. If you need great help give them a try. Dont think you will be sorry. They make my life so much easier.

More thorough than anyone else! My mom had a stay in the hospital and qualified for home care afterwards. Joy with Interim reviewed her case and went over all the discharge paperwork with her, covering it in much more detail and with much more patience than was done at the actual discharge! Mistakes were caught and corrected, all thanks to this lovely lady from Interim. Thank you Joy!

I had an outstanding nurse, Lanesse. She was always very polite, professional and yet compassionate. A combination that is rare these days. I had assistance with home care which helped me tremendously. Her name was Jessica. She was extremely efficient, and detailed oriented, the best! Even when she faced mountains in her personal life, she remained upbeat, hardworking and kind. My experience with a couple others who I only met a few times was also positive. I found that Interm Health goes the extra mile to help their clients by looking at each individual with empathy and trying to help them in the ways they are able, and that makes all the difference!
