If you're Native American, Mexican or any other race i'd recommend not coming here, the staff will treat you badly. When i was there they heard of a name they assumed as they was a "white person" and was ready to help out however when this person showed up and was Native you can see like disappointment and disregard. Also someone with a severe concussion was here and they treated him like a drunk! They don't mind taking insurance money or any payments from other ethnicities. Must be because they're always in a rush to drink and gamble at the Dakota Magic or Cheetah's sports bar. Figuring you will half of their staff there talking badly about patients which is a direct violation of the World Health Organization privacy act and confidential. Also, their staff should be more open to the other ethnicities since all they do is sit around and talk about people.

I do not recommend this facility unless you are unable to make it to another facility. The clinic is a joke. My son had a sports physical which I paid cash for and they billed it to my insurance as a well child check so when I went to have his well child check done with his primary doctor at Sanford I couldn't because CDP had already billed it out to my insurance. I will never set foot in this facility again and I will make my family to Watetown instead.

My wife has been in the medical profession for 45 years. I was seen on a busy day and required immediate attention once inside the clinic. We were both WOWED with the expertise of the staff. 20 gold stars out of 10 to these talented staff members!!

Dr. Riley and his nurse Deanne or Deanna need to be ashamed of how they treat their patients! The lack of work and communication is bad, but yelling at a patient when they are scared, worried, and in pain at 32 week is not it! Very rude and they clearly did not meet the hospitals expectations on treating patients with care. The receptionist was great and helpful! 🙌🏼She was very understanding!

Very friendly staff greets as you enter. Dr always makes time for my questions and concerns. I never feel rushed out of an appointment. Nurses remember my kids from their deliveries and still stop to greet us.
