they asked me if i wanted to keep my placenta, i signed for it but never received it. apparently someone didn’t do their job correctly n it got disposed of. as a first time mom my heart is broken. i’m native and in my culture it’s very important to have the placenta after birth as we do certain things with it. i’m very upset and disappointed in the hospital. there is no point in asking if i wanted it if they weren’t going to give it to me. please do better! as im only two weeks postpartum, this has affected my mental a lot. oh and let’s not forget that i was in active labor at 2 in the morning and the er people weren’t there to open the doors my boyfriend had to call them for them to open the door.

My son went to ER last night, type one diabetic, throwing up, not holding down food or water. They sent him home with same symptoms. Blood sugar spiking, throwing up...I called this morning to ask what tests were done in the ER lastnight( I'm on his emergency contact) I was transferred to head nurse in the ER and she was very rude, and wouldn't tell me anything. This hospital is not recommended!

After my daughter contracted a parasite, bacteria, and virus on vacation, I felt the care she received here was superior. They worked with the lab who had tested her, and ensured she got proper treatment that led to speedier healing. They communicated well with everyone involved in the care, and my daughter said they had the most comfy beds. Thanks for being awesome!

I have had 14 babies here and wonderful experience. Lovely nurses and doctors. But I don't hear any good about the ER. Just recently brought my son there, was sent home. Next day, we just went to SF instead.... diagnosed right away with a very serious condition.. Can Prairie Lakes please listen to the complaints??!! Fix this issue? (This isn't the first time we've brought a family member to SF instead of dealing with Wtn).

Our experience was very positive! Our 9 year old daughter had to go into surgery due to a ruptured appendix. The ER staff was fantastic. They were efficient and compassionate to our daughter. She was in pain and so scared but they were so kind and addressed her needs in such a timely manner. The surgeon on staff was top notch and communicated with us effectively so we were informed and up to date on her care. We had to stay the night and the nurses that too care of her were absolutely amazing! Elena loved both nurses and although she wanted to go home, she enjoyed having them care for her. Thank you to the Prairie Lakes team. It wasn't a Christmas break we were expecting but thank you for your empathy and quality care. -The Blocks
