It's took THREE months to Finally get my order and payment source verified. Two professionals and myself threw up our hands at the 'catch 22' we kept experiencing. Staff was NOT willing to tell us How to contact their supervisor to straighten out their consistent mis perception of FACTS. Need some training here ? More options for staff to pass on what seems not " How WE do it!" Geeish

I stopped there Friday after work, needing a mouth piece for my daughter's nebulizer & even though it was a almost closing time the ladies were so kind and helpful. They didn't make me feel like a bother or anything. I felt like they truly cared.

When Katie calls and talks to her my mother said, she is friendly, sweet, and very helpful. If they are discontinued she lets my mother know and helps her find something different. I recently gave birth to my first child and had to get a breast pump. The staff was very helpful. They provided me with all the information I needed about the breast pumps so I could make the best choice for myself. They also walked me through the process of what I needed to ask my insurance to make sure the pump would be covered. The pump I wanted was not in stock so they had to order it and I received it at my home within two days. I felt the staff went over and above to help me and meet all my needs.

I was given incorrect information about the timing of the whole process, they took 10 days just to start the insurance process, instead of everything taking 2 days like I was told. Bonus points: The training on the machine was very thorough and informative. 5 stars for that. Calling customer service (which is throughout the network, the rep I talked to was in Minnesota) was quite helpful, she was very friendly and caring. She worked hard to get me the right information, and followed up with me often. Also 5 Stars!
