If this review was about the staff then it would be five stars. But this review is about the staffing. This branch of Adoration has problems with providing consistent staffing and is experiencing a staffing shortage. They are not able to provide staffing for the exceptional call out or be consistent with weekend staffing. Families are relying upon their services to provide consistent staffing for their needs and safety. My mothers caregiver was sick and couldn't come today. If I had not texted the manager to confirm her services i wouldn't have known because as of 7:30a that morning no one had notified me that they didn't have any staff and only said "sorry" and my mother was left alone until I was able to take off work to care for her. Needless to say I'm very angry about this type of service and no one who's reliable or dependable to replace staff when life happens. The young lady is wonderful with my mom but my mom still needs continuity of care. Especially when that company is being paid even if staffings not available. I hope some one higher-up hears this and help their company be the best it can be. I don't want to take the time to find any other place. Thanks i hope this helps to improve your company's staffing issues.
