This clinic inconveniences me time and time again. I constantly never get my calls answered nor called back and I had a very important appointment today that they called and canceled for less than two hours before. I had already moved my schedule around a ton to make it to this appointment and now I have to do the same thing again a week from now to get seen because I also didn't even get the option to see another doctor today. I can’t understand why I the patient who is paying for these appointments is forced to accommodate them time and time again but they get no repercussions for messing up with me personally. For a place who’s supposed to help people they unfortunately aren’t very good at it.

The doctors, nurses, etc. looked at my daughter tonight, my Husband took her. They took such good care of her right off the bat they gave her a stuffy. They gave her the TV remote and they shortly returned with coloring pages and markers, none of this was asked for they just gave it to her to see pictures and hear it from My Husband all that they did for her make my heart melt because a lot of hospitals don’t even check on you, so I am definitely impressed. Thank you, nurses doctors, etc. for looking after my daughter xena. I’m absolutely blessed have such good people looking after my daughter tonight.

I was met quickly at the ER entrance, given oxygen right away and diagnosed with Influenza A. I waited several hours for a room. The staff were professional, compassionate, attentive, and generally excellent throughout my 4 night stay. I am grateful for the excellent care and recuperation I experienced. 5 stars
