The care I received after my prostatectomy was outstanding. I was admitted after aspirating during the removal of the breathing tube used during my procedure. The consequent pneumonia, lung infection, and respiratory failure, caused immediate admission to the hospital. The care I received from the nurses and staff of the IMCU ward was amazing. All of the nurses were compassionate and focused on making sure all of my medical, and psychological needs were being met. They helped me through the most intense situation I have ever faced in my life, and they did it in a way that reassured me that there is goodness in the world. I cannot praise these women enough. The staff of the SSU ward were equally phenomenal. Their care of me a few days after my discharge, on Christmas Day, and readmittance for a heart attack was very heartfelt, no pun intended. Their care and concern showed at every moment on my stay with them. I praise both groups of caretakers from the bottom of my heart, and will shout their names from from the tops of the surrounding mountains, as soon as I have the lung capacity to do it.

Not that a colonoscopy is a fun procedure and I have had a few over the years, but they really did a great job starting with Calling me prior to the procedure and making sure I had everything lined up and once I arrivedgetting me checked in verifying all my information quickly and getting me back to Preop.. The nurse Melissa was really great really made you feel comfortable checked on you very professional. The doctor did a great job. Next thing I knew I was waking up and it was over. I suggest that everybody get it looked at and this is the best place that I’ve ever used. Thank you to the whole staff. Have a blessed Christmas. Dr. Malone was very personable, checked on me afterwards and walked myself and Parents out to the car after it was all over

This hospital emergency room nurses, doctors and staff is the best! Dr. Morgan was so very kind and Dr. D the neurologist was Heaven sent! I went in with a MS issue and was treated with such kindness and understanding! I might have waited a long time due to the extreme business but the experience I had was great! I love nothing more than to see kind hearted and genuine staff in a hospital setting! It made me feel so much better while dealing with being sick! I would recommend this hospital to anyone and note it is the best in Chattanooga!

Very kind and attentive I love the doctor. The only thing I have a problem with was one of the x-ray tax turned me away because I wasn’t in a chair because I hadn’t stood up yet and sent me back to the room and then the next day they came and got me again in the bed And the lady took my x-rays in the bed. It wasn’t the same person that did it, but he was down there otherwise it was an excellent stay!!🥰. Dr. Kestrel,, you are the best!!!! I would recommend him to anyone

Everyone has been excellent and friendly and helpful. My surgery was scheduled but then canceled due to insurance issues. Hospital staff are very helpful and supportive. Love this place. Would highly recommend going here. In just the little bit I have done here. I was impressed by how clean and professional they are. Every single person I’ve worked with. Thank you
