I can not say enough good things about maxim. My son’s aide Ms. Nika has become family to us. She goes above and beyond for my son. Richard is one of the kindest human beings I’ve ever spoke to. He checks in with us frequently just to see how me and my son are doing and if there’s anything maxim can do to help in anyway. I feel so lucky for my son to receive the care that he does from this company and recommend anyone needing in home care to check maxim out!

Maxim is not a company I would recommend seeking employment with. They only pay nurse $20/ hr for orientation and they failed to disclose that upfront. They discuss rate of pay, but conveniently don’t mention orientation pay is substantially lower than pay based on education and experience. Then, employees are required to complete computer based learning modules with a promise of a bonus if completed within a certain amount of days from date of hire. The nurse conducting the orientation meetings and the recruiter were not on the same page regarding the amount of time allowed to complete modules. Of course they didn’t pay said bonus. That should have been a red flag, but I continued employment with the company. The list of problems with Maxim goes on and on. Maxim does not have their employees back. If you value your nursing license, stay away from Maxim!

I recently got onboard with maxim doing home health. My recruiter, Martin Sanchez has been truly amazing at communicating efficiently and getting me training and placement as soon as possible. My only regret was not joining sooner! They made the process easy, and provided many incentives along the way to encourage my progress into this new field of Healthcare. I have been honestly blown away by how valued and supported I feel by all of the staff at maxim. In this case, it sounded too good to be true, but has been better than I ever anticipated! I highly recommend starting a health career with maxim, they truly value patient care and their employees. And it shows.
