My husband had a temp of 103.9 and they told him nothing was wrong with him and sent him home. Turned out he had an infection in his bloodstream. I believe they didn't want to treat him bc he is Mexican and doesn't have any health insurance. I don't know ANYBODY in this town that likes this hospital.

Came in because I had pain in my ears for weeks and felt pain all around the ear area. Explained to her that I’m having discharge in my ears. With muffled hearing and pain in my ear canal and felt fullness in the ear tubes. I was experiencing swelling and jaw pain when chewing. Doctor told me it’s just allergies and told me to take Sudafed which made my ears feel worse. I told her I feel like it’s not allergies but she was very convinced it was. Finally made it in to go see my primary doctor elsewhere and she diagnosed me with a yeast infection in my ears. She prescribed me drops and I felt instant relief first day of taking them. Let me just say. That doctor that seen me at Tennova felt like she just needed to get me out of the ER quickly so the easy thing to say was that it’s allergies. Also she told me that symptoms would improve in about 4 weeks after taking Sudafed. Imagine if I would’ve waited 4 more weeks. The infection would have spread and I wouldn’t have gotten the treatment that I actually needed in time to prevent further complications.

Was there last week with my brother. We both have an Upper Respiratory Infection, and we were given absolutely no medication for it. We would have gone to the Walk-In Clinic, but it was midnight when we got there and it was almost 4 am when we got released.

I was taken by ambulance to the er after a fall. The care was absolutely horrible. My vital were never taken, I was there five hours. Xrays were taken immediately, but I didn't even have a name bracelet on! When the nurse came to give me more pain meds she realized it, grabbed the arm that I had fallen on. She apologized but dang it hurt. I was given fentynal, still no vitals were taken. Asked if I could have some water and was denied. When they finally got my results I was told it was a sprain. When the nurse finally came to take out my iv she was more interested in who my surgeon was that did my shoulder replacement. She left the iv in my lap instead of disposing of it properly. I was given no pain meds not even a sling. Went to my surgeon's office and was xrayed again and found I had broken my collar bone and three ribs. I never want to go back

I recently had an unpleasant experience with the Tennova Healthcare mammography imaging center. I decided not to just let it go and contacted the powers that be relating my experience and how dissatisfied I was. They contacted me and made things right. I was impressed that they took accountability and owned up to the service I received and are taking steps to correct the procedure that I endured. So originally on Google reviews, I gave them a one star and today based on their actions, I have upped it to a four because I do believe and trust they will follow through with making sure no one else will be treated like I was treated.
