My father with dementia and parkinsons received in-home care from these people for a while, while we had some great experiences with some, other people we had were anything BUT professional First of all, the physical therapists were all great, they were knowledgeable and professional and did their job providing care for my father Another lady they sent wanted to do nothing but preach to my dad about religious shit instead of doing her job as a healthcare worker, she kept brushing off my father having parkinsons and that “god will heal him” Hate to break it to you honey: but as of 2025, there is no known cure for Parkinsons OR Alzheimers We were also assigned a social worker who was going to help us with everything when i had 0 help as a single woman in her mid 20’s, she came by once before Christmas and said she would be back after the holidays, i never saw or heard from her again And lastly: We had a speech therapist named Denise who filed a false report against me claiming that im “abusing” my father and told a social worker a lie saying that i wished he was better off dead, she had no proof or evidence of any of this besides word of mouth and i really hope shes no longer employed as we speak, she was very rude when she came to visit and kept telling me that i need to do a better job helping MY father despite the fact that i had to put my entire life on hold to be his caretaker, we had never asked for or were ever even recommended a speech therapist to begin with I let this issue be known to the main lady Heather and to my knowledge NOTHING was done about it, now that my father is in assisted living im happy that i dont have to deal with this company anymore Im only leaving 2 stars instead of 1 for those who showed up and actually did their jobs

Excellant care and communication during my father-in-law's care over several months. We had wound care, occupational therapy and physical therapy services. All personnel were cheerful and encouraging to family and patient.
