Dr Richter was so kind. Everyone we encountered while there was nice and respectful. They helped us a lot. We we there less than 2 hrs which shocked me compared to other places we have been. I dont think ive ever experienced such a friendly group of people at any ER we have visited

I recently visited the ER with my son who wasn’t well on 01/05/2026. We received exceptional care from registration, the ER staff, down to the radiology department. They kept us informed and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. The nurses were great with my little guy and the doctor was wonderful. The ultrasound tech was extremely professional and provided a great sense of privacy given the area that she had to ultrasound. We were so pleased with the entire visit.

The reason I'm giving a 4 is because your ER needs improving. it has improved drastically from days before when I had to go with one of my parents. But some of the nurses needs an attitude adjustment. But I've giving the 2nd floor nurses, Jennifer and Jasmine and too many to name a 5 star rating. These nurses go far beyond their pay. Now the nurses in ICU, Kim and Sue are the most patient people I've ever seen. They are knowledgeable, competent in taking care of their patients. I also give them 5 stars

The ER staff we had on Saturday 6 Dec2025 got us in very quickly, checked in diagnosed us into a room right away. The entire staff was very professional, kind, and courteous throughout are journey there keeping us updated on all results of test as they came back which was very quick. We as patients really appreciate the true professional staff you have there and won’t hesitate to come again, keep up the good work you all are doing and once again thank you for what you do The Smiths

Had a hysterectomy at Lincoln and received the most phenomenal care you could ask for. Dr. Noble throughout the process has been knowledgeable, caring and understanding. He and his team did a fabulous job on my surgery with no complications. The surgery department were so nice and very attentive. The overnight care teams in two different departments were amazing. I was regularly checked on, gotten anything I needed and helped me as soon as my call light lite up. My husband and I were highly impressed with the service here. We are from the North and been to many hospitals/surgeries with none of them coming close to the care I received here. I felt like I was VIP or something and absolutely would want my care here driving 45 minutes just to receive it.
