This by far is the worse Home health facility I have ever experienced. They don't follow Dr. Instructions, you never have right supplies, even though your insurance pays. They act and operate as though they are a start up company. The higher ups don't communicate with staff, nor do they communicate with each other .they are all over the place, patient isn't a priority there.The best worker they have by far is Hilary a PRN nurse who goes above and beyond her station to make sure you have what you need. But your lucky if you get to see her.I worked in health care, and one thing I know for sure is you have to have a compassion for people not just a pay check. If your not in for the people your in the wrong profession. I wouldn't recommend this company to any one.

If I could give negative stars I would. Nurses never show up when they are supposed to, you never have the supplies you need. They will take your money and leave you sitting there wondering what happened. Except for the CNA . Ms Laverne is wonderful !
