Do not use this company. Most unprofessional I have seen. I am a health care provider myself and let me tell you.... The woman contracted to help my Mother is worthless. She complains about her personal life adding stress to my mother's already unstable mental state. She has my mother sign her time sheet and stays 15 to 20 minutes top. I found out she's actually contracted 8 hours a weak. The company director did not call me back and I am my mother's medical power of attorney instead the worker contacted my mother making her feel guilty her daughter told on her. My mother also have a gift of $100 to this aid. Anyone who works in this field knows this is wrong to accept without permission from the family and must be reported. My mother is mentally unstable and ro be showered once a week. Complain to her and leave is unacceptable. I'm contacting the insurance company. Do not use this service.

Trouble,With all the talk of elderly abuse, this place should not even be in business, We had one nurse Brittany tall brown headed that was on call when notified she did not show up, Until I raised hell that was 12 hours later.. I was fixen to take my friend to the ER afraid his bladder would burst. She was made to come after her shift the nurse that took her place came as well, Brittany laughing as if it was funny for an old man to suffer, I truly had to pray I wanted to knock her head off. I've had nurses sent here that didn't know what to do, and pretend the problem was fixed but no it was not, so many story's I could tell, and today without notice, he was discharged because of insurance change?? That has not changed. To my knowledge, his catheter was leaking so, I called the nursing home they sent Amber she tried but did not have a catheter but she used the tube from what she had in her care don't know why she had the tube no bag, I thought the problem we taking care of but no it still leak, this is twice Amber came and could not do the job.. They only have two nurses worth anything Suzanne, and Dandridge Brittany.. Anyway, it's sad that I had zero notice of him being dropped, 90 year old war vet, that's just elderly abuse for them to have him sign discharge papers and not fix the problem, and would not come fix it after being here today.. So tonight he will be wet even with pull ups, VERY SAD..

My daughter currently has a nurse from this company and the nurse is awesome but the company not so much. This company is more worried about the nurse getting there time in versus getting the patient to a proper place to receive care. A parent shouldn't feel scared to take there child anywhere but this company will make you feel bad for doing it. I STRONGLY do not recommend this company! Again the nurse is awesome but the company not so much and I bet you I will be hearing about this post later from the company!

This place doesn't have enough help. To call them and ask for help your better off talking to a tree. They are unable to provide even simple home health care. I been 2 days without help and was told on the phone when I questioned them that they have no other person to simply help me with a shower. They DO NOT CARE for the disabled. My normal caregiver took some time off. They knew about this weeks in advance yet are unable to provide someone. I now have to go 4 days without a shower or any kind of care. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

Poor excuse for home care of elderly patient..nurse came to door..patient didn't answer..nurse just left..meanwhile elderly patient was unable to answer door.she was on the floor of the bedroom..had been there several hours..family went to check on her and found her unable to walk..sent to hospital in ambulance..you don't even deserve 1 star...that nurse should be fired..how can this type of service have banker's hours? Should be 24/7 care available..hope you go out of business..God will judge your actions..
