Amedisys is the best home health care company yet!!! Everyone that has come to our home is full of loving kindness and very helpful! They seem to go above and beyond! We will definitely use this wonderful health care service again!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. From the beginning, this company was very unprofessional and unorganized. There always seemed to be confusion scheduling visit times and dates. While the daily care nurses were very good, the nursing supervisor assigned to our case was very pushy and unprofessional. She appeared more concerned with pushing her agenda for Hospice than listening to my wife, who has 45 years nursing experience and was a critical care RN. The nursing supervisor certainly has not earned our trust. Very disappointing !

DO NOT TRUST THE NURSES, that come to your house!! They lie and judge without hesitation. Anyone and everyone who's ever been excruciatingly sick i.e.~elevated troponin level, brain swelling, renal failure, etc. obviously has/was not able to clean their living area! However, Amedisys thinks and believes you should be superhuman! Forgive those who tress pass against us, is all I've got left. Amen

I've had amedysis home health care for myself 3 times since 2018 and once for my elderly mother. Each and every time the care was outstanding. The nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, office staff, on-call staff are all top notch. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat and as a retired nursing professional myself, I often do when asked for advice from friends and neighbors. Thank you, amedysis home care.

My mother has been a physical and occupational therapy patient for six months with Amedisys. The progress she has made in this time has been unbelievable. The two therapists have been knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate, but also know how far to push to get the best results. We always feel like they are entirely focused on her condition and abilities instead of rushing through to get to the next job. The few times that we have had the home health nurses visit have been positive experiences as well. I cannot say enough good about this company and the staff. Five stars is not enough!
