Unbelievable! Done with the attitude of this company not the people they talk about it like it’s horrible too how does that make sense? Care is crazy now •update- called me to discuss issues and followed through with nurses.

A tremendous positive experience with nurses, PT, and admin teams. They were advocates for my well being and ensured doctors and pharmacies provided timely responses to meet my needs. Could not have asked for better care during my recovery.

Do not trust your family members final days with this company. They are unresponsive. They operate like they are running a 9-5 coffee shop. At 5:01 don’t expect anything to happen for your loved one. They state someone is available 24/7, and that simply means someone, somewhere, will pick up the phone and tell you they aren’t coming until the day nurse shows up — which means anytime in that 9-5 hour timeframe. In the final hours of my father’s life his pain medication pump was alarming as low volume, and their on call person instructed to press the button less!!! Didn’t know an on call nurse was in her scope of practice to override a doctor’s written order for pain management. We will be submitting a complaint to the nursing board of Tennessee. If this place has any license to do business, they shouldn’t

This was not a compassionate experience for our family. It took an a lot longer to get his comfort medications than it should have, we needed help because my dad was having issues we should have been trained on so we called the on call nurse and were told that is not what we should be calling for in the future. I am just very disappointed with Covenant. Weather was a factor in the experience, but we didn't see a nurse for several days. I know we did not have the typical experience, but that does not take away the fact that this was more traumatic/stressful than it should have been. The nurses themselves were fine, but when my dad passed, they said they would not be able to make it out. As a result of poor communication, everything ended up left as my family's responsibility. I wish someone would have spoken to me or my mom. My dad had just died, I was emotional and having to call the funeral home, answer a lot of queations, etc. The hospice nurse had literally left our house about an hour before he passed and had told us they would handle absolutely everything and their job was to make things easier and compassionate. This company created a more stressful situation during an already challenging time.

I have cared for 5 people under hospice care, but this was the first time Covenant was used. I could not have asked for a better team, showing my sister total respect and dignity. Her nurse, Beth, was outstanding, very open and candid which I have always asked for. Cynthia, the nurse who gives patients baths, was so gentle & kind. The last nurse (because it was a weekend) was Betty Jo who arrived just as death was occurring. I felt like each of them was my best friend. Just the best team ever!
