Care and very compassionate Phillip and David are very detailed and go the extra mile to assure excellent care! They listen and address concerns which make for a very good therapist relationship highly recommend this home health place. Also they are very adaptable to schedule and always on time and follow up is awesome

Because I had to give a star. These people dont take care of their patient properly. It seems they are worried more about their clients personally life than their well-being. I'd be ashamed if I knew the people who worked for me wasn't taking care of my clients. Awful, shameful

Very good folks. They take good care of me. They're nit intrusive at all. I'd consider giving Christie a raise, she's well worth it.

Our experience with Suncrest Home Health has been overwhelmingly positive. My wife had home health services after a 10 day hospital stay followed by a 10 day inpatient rehab stay. She was recommended for home health and we knew nothing about any of the local agencies, but chose Suncrest simply because they were the nearest. We were contacted immediately and were set up for nurse visits, physical therapy visits, and speech therapy visits. Everyone who visited was knowledgable, compassionate, and helpful. Each person took a personal interest and spent all the time necessary to do the jobs. They would phone before a visit, to make sure it was convenient with us. They made helpful recommendations. We were very pleased with the services they provided.

UPDATE: Our experience with the in home care has not been a positive one. The company seems to have more patients than employees to properly care for and provide the amount of hours needed. After only 8 days they have pulled the caregiver from our home without a replacement which leaves my mother home alone for 10 hours a day. I have a friend that checks on her the two days I work but cannot stay with her for the amount of time I'm gone the only 2 days a week I have to work. Suncrest did not give sufficient notice they were leaving my 85 year old mother with dementia no one to care for her. She has fallen recently and has several health issues. Now the reason they abruptly and negelently removed the caregiver without a replacement was over the caregiver reporting she had " landscaped" my yard. She assisted in a 15 minute project of planting a small tree, which she volunteered to help. There was no "Landscaping " as I was accused and Suncrest has now punished my 85 year old mother over something that was very innocent and not the plot to defraud TN Care that staff at Suncrest has so accusingly suggested. The weekend hours someone was suppose to be here for 3 hours each day no one showed up and no one called. There is no flexibility in the schedule, if you have a doctor appt your told by the office to stick to the schedule. So I don't know what anyone else experience has been with Suncrest in Manchester but it has been less than professional for my family. We are still without a caretaker. The caregivers responsible for taking care of the patient, hands on, nothing outside of that responsibility. I did not know she was not allowed to assist in a task as mentioned previously. I suppose I would be tarred and feathered had Suncrest had known the caregiver had also helped with bringing in groceries. She is to document her duties and issues that might arise with the patient, which should not include personal situations taking place in my home that does not concern the caregiver or Suncrest, hence my privacy being invaded. As I expressed, my experience has been less than professional with this company. I have no recommendation.
