Absolutely horrible people with horrible abilities when it comes to helping your loved ones. They completely ruined what should have been a peaceful, and dignified end to my grandmother's life. I wouldn't trust them with anything, let alone an actual human being.

I would not trust these people with a dying goldfish let alone a dying loved one. If you want your loved one to have compassionate and dignified end-of-life care do not hire these people. They are anything but compassionate and dignified.

The staff that come to the home have been kind but the people on the phone are absolutely terrible. We've had some mixed communication about what we can and cannot do via insurance, and when asking about what advice they would give, the woman on the phone kept interrupting. I asked to finish my sentence, and she hung up. They refused to send an authorization because they were convinced insurance would not cover it despite us asking them to at least try to send the authorization. Beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional.

My mother has terminal bladder cancer. She was dropped off at our house by the ambulance service at 6:30 pm with no supplies, none of her flowers, soaked in her own urine and no instructions as to her care going forward. She was supposed to have a catheter which they did not do. We asked about supplies and was told not to worry, they will bring everything along with a nurse to explain her medication and care. Literally everything the case worker told us was a lie.

One of the most wonderful, caring experiences I have ever had in the medical community. My husband was there for 5 days and the care, treatment and respect that was given to him there before he passed was so wonderful, under the circumstances. The outreach from them the year following his death to me was surprising and heartfelt. Support groups, phone calls, monthly newsletters on dealing with grief. The staff and nurses can't get paid enough for what they do.
