Since day 1 maxim has always exceeded my expectations. Starting with Payton who’s made this process as smooth as ever. First getting my baby approved through insurance who denied her the 1st time. Also finding a nurse within a week after Insurance was approved. Which was a hard thing to do from the previous company! Secondly,Merika who calls to check on us weekly even if there’s no issues! Lastly our wonderful nurse Quishonda who not only treats my baby as her own but comes to work everyday with no complaints. We’re truly appreciative and so thankful god redirected us to this company! Everyone that I come in contact with this company is awesome!😊

Office staff at this company are inconsistent. I am still trying to process the level of incompetence I encountered as an employee within this company. Maxim has made it clear that they are not interested in providing quality service. The communication is poor and slow. Sometimes my phone calls are not being answered by office staff. The help that I received from staff does not address my need and comes off very unhelpful. What frustrates me, I was told my CPR was coming to expiration and that I needed to update it. However, I was under the impression the company offers the class. They waited until my CPR had expired to tell me that they do not offer a class and of course there was no follow up. I was out to get my CPR card renewed for a few days and they completely gave my case away. I did not find out my case was given away until I was expected to return to work the next day and that's what they told me. Overall, my experience with this company has been a waste of energy and time. They don't support their staff. I feel as if I been let down for the last time. If you are considering this company, please do so with caution.

Horrible company they said my dad was approved for 40 nursing hours and “didn’t have enough nurses to cover his hours?” Also horrible communication at the office and the nursing supervisors. It is a head trying to get someone to answer basic questions.
Growing up Memphis OMB
We haven't had our daughter home for a full week and nurses started calling out except for the night shift weekend nurse he has been excellent.

I am just appalled by the nurses that are hired at this company..I just had the worst experience ever...I hate my daughter requires a nurse...On today a nurse was sent to my home today and I received a phone call due to my mother and aunt stopping by to check on my child....she witness the nurse talking very rude and using profanity toward my child that is only 11 but can barely talk back....This is very unacceptable and thank God she was caught in the act because who knows what else she would have done....We go to these companies and trust them to to send us skilled nurses with compassion for our children..So has to be done..
