MGA Homecare exceeds in an equal balance between professionalism alongside empathetic, patient-centered care. It is evident that it is their priority to provide their patients with optimal nursing, as their clinical as well as their operational staff are always well informed, easy to communicate with, and never fail to put the patients needs first! They are a very well rounded company overall.

I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the care provided by this home health company, and I am deeply impressed by the compassion and professionalism shown. The providers consistently offer kind, attentive, and personalized care, making sure every need is met with understanding and respect. Each caregiver is well-informed and familiar with the patient’s specific needs, ensuring a seamless experience. It’s clear that the team values building trusting, long-term relationships with those they care for. It’s been comforting to see such consistent, thoughtful support given in the home setting, and I highly recommend this service to anyone in need of quality home health care.

My wife and I are very disappointed in this company. We have a special needs daughter ( born at 23 weeks) with a g tube and history of pulmonary hypertension. The nurse that was hired to care for her was careless and had no experience in pediatrics. She left my daughter on the bed one day and she almost rolled off when my teenage daughter caught her. She couldn't properly operate the feed machine and was constantly changing the rate with her 6 inch long fingernails. One day my wife walked in on the nurse chatting on the phone while formula was spilling on our daughter. The nurse had not properly secured the extension into her mickey button. She was late 2 hours one day and blamed the rain. She was at least 30 minutes late daily. She arrived one day and stayed downstairs for 5 hours and did not check on our daughter or do vitals. She even asked one day if she could pay my wife so she could get her charting done. The nurse complained of not wanting to hurt her back lifting and moved very slowly making my wife have to speed things along while having another child as well. It took her 15 minutes to change a diaper. The company has not once visited our daughter in the picu. She is fighting for her life. The nurse actually told my wife that a supervisor said this child will be easy. Our baby was just a paycheck to this nurse and to the company. We regret even starting the process. She even left during the day to get lunch and was gone an hour.
