PT= Pretty Terrific Physical Therapy. I am completing my PT program this week. I am grateful and equally thankful for the entire Interim Team! From the timely initial phone call the day after knee surgery to set up my first appointment with Nick the very next day- I knew my healthcare was in good hands. He scheduled my first appointment the next day with Brooke. Brooke has been a guardian angel for my journey towards better health. She exceeded my expectations in every way. Each visit, I felt my healing grow and pain lessen. Brooke's attention to detail and continuous words of encouragement were a big part towards my success. I will take some small credit in this process - as I did the work that I was asked to do- Thank you Interim Team.

I give these people whom o just discharged over me just the other day since my primary care found me a better in home health I love the physical therapist the occupational therapist they were the best but if you need in home health don't go through these people these people will not get you the supplies you need to take care of yourself they will not help you when you need them they will ignore your phone calls I will not call you back they will even go as far as blocking your number and also if you got a wound VAC don't allow them don't allow them to place it on you it was a awful experience they have been over me for ever bit of a 4 month period in this time no orders have been filled and my wound vacc was never sealed until yesterday by the new company ill shout out Austin &Zack also Kristan and the other lady Last name i only know so she knows who she is but as for the nurse I had I was dismissed on everything like I couldn't never get a hold of nothing I never got one package I don't think I ever got an order I had to buy all my supplies even though my insurance covered it has the new place showed me yesterday stuff that was being told that wasn't approved was approved how is this not important is what it was how I feel about it I recommend you all finding anyone else but not this place because I've caught a bone infection from dealing with the wound care and these people and no help and the wound vacc not being put on correctly especially for the elderly keep these people away from the elderly it ain't so bad for someone of my age I can try to keep on going but keep these people away from the elderly This is my review and i make it as known as i can Zack and Austin Kristan and the other lady 5 stars in home health don't take it don't allow it if you get in the hospital and these people pick you up drop them so fast if you need in home health drop them I'm telling you whole heartively turned away from home health unless its therapy and occasional therapy thanks for nothing except the people that helped me walk again and thank you also for letting me sit here with nothing calling the office for help to get no help thanks keep these people away from the elderly we wanna protect them this is my review ill be quiet now just know it was awful revisit any other options except this one!!!! I had knee replacement on Oct 17,2022. I chose Interim Home Health to begin my rehab with. Josh Collins is/was my PT. He's the best of the best that I've ever had. Works hard to get you to the level your body is able to achieve. He was professional, motivated me to do more than I thought I could. He took time to answer any and so questions I had. Worked with me when I had things that popped up in my schedule. When I first came home from hospital I couldn't even lift my foot off the floor. 3 weeks and 1 day later, I'm riding a stationary bike, walking up and down 14 step staircase and walking without a walker or cane. You get out what you put into your workout. But without proper training and coaching you might hurt yourself. Thanks Josh for the being the best literally Best PT out there!
