This place is the nicest facility I have ever seen. Food is delicious. Short staffed. Care on 3rd shift is lacking. I asked for my meds and didn’t get until way passed time. Asked for it 5 times before I ever got it. I asked if they had to go to Egypt to get it!!! The beauty shop isn’t staffed at all. Haven’t had a hairstylist for 6 months. The housekeeper only gets 15.00 per shift. She has a tough job. I’m not sure what the CNA’s make. Call light can be on forever & they turn it off. I have OT & PT. It’s excellent. Wish a hairstylist would come here. I’m in sight of St. Thomas West Hospital, the best hospital I have ever experienced. I’m going there tomorrow when my husband gets here. We are from Jackson, Tn. Almost a 2 hour Drive. I have had 3 surgeries at St. Thomas West Hospital. I love it. You can see it from my room here!!! I rate this facility a 100 plus, despite the care on 3rd shift. They only have 2 CNA’s on then. I don’t know the price. My insurance pays every cent. We pay dear for it.

From the moment we arrived to Advanced Health Care of Nashville, it was clear this was a clean, well managed place with a team that truly cares, but one person made all the difference - Nurse Stephanie. She didn’t just do her job well, she went above and beyond every single day. She was always prepared, always attentive, and seemed to instinctively know what my grandmother needed before she even had to ask. Nurse Stephanie treated my grandmother like she was her own family. She took the time to talk with her, make her laugh, and make sure she was comfortable in every way. My grandmother absolutely adored her. Knowing she was in Nurse Stephanie’s hands gave us such a peace of mind. It wasn’t just care, it was compassion, and it turned what could have been a difficult stay into something truly special. Because of Nurse Stephanie, my grandmother’s time here felt like the perfect place to be. We will always be grateful for her kindness, her skill, and the love she put into her work.

My Mom stayed at AHC for 2 weeks in June while recovering from hip surgery and it was a wonderful experience all around. The entire staff, from the van driver, to the maintenance guy, to ALL the nurses and nurse techs, the director, the discharge nurse and the OT and PT staff as well as the administrators! EVERYONE was kind and so helpful during every step of the process. They made my Mom feel loved and cared for. The communication was amazing and they always took the time to update me and answer all my questions. The facility is new and beautiful and clean but the staff is what makes this place great. I would highly recommend! Thank you AHC!

This facility gave my 87 year old mother the care she so desperately needed after surgery . Casey Martin' Patoent Account Coordinator answered all our questions and concerns .The staff worked endless hours to see that mother had the care she needed and deserved. The amazing staff showed endless TLC for other patients as well. The setting is amazing as well as the court yard that mother and I spent hours talking while visiting . She got fresh air ,sun shine and great conversations which contributed to her healing. The place is phenomenal! From being Clean to it's professional caring staff. From Breakfast , to helping her do her hair daily to Bingo Games . Mother's social behavior went from a 3 to a 10 the time she had completed the program chosen for her recovery. I'm very proud of Advance Health Care of Nashville . We did extensive research to find the best facility.This was the Top Choice . If you or your family members need Health Care? I highly recommend this Company . On behalf of my family, I want to thank Casey Martin and her staff for being there for us. We got our Mother back with a full recovery . She's smiles more,laughs more and participates in family functions more. This is all from the help of Advance Health providing awesome staff and programs helping those in need. Thank You Advance !!! Casey Martin , Patient Account Coordinator and staff were very good with my 87 year young mother. They worked with her daily to see her needs were taken care of. The staff had brought her back from being sad to a higher social behavior of happy again. She is back in the life of enjoyment after she completed the he program they had mapped out for her. Casey was always available to answer questions and give us updates. The cafeteria was amazing and all of its staff. I highly recommend this care for the elderly during their physical therapy. User Friendly plus staff is truly amazing . On my family’s behalf. We thank you very much. 5 stars
