I consistently have been lied to, ignored when trying to resolve an issue and made to feel that it is totally permissible (and out of their control) when caregivers do not show as scheduled. As a healthcare worker who devoted 30 years of my life serving the country and treating my patients and their families with dignified and dedicated care, I find this totally unacceptable! I am appalled by the ease at which my family members needs are ignored or minimized. I find some of their actions unethical and disheartening…I share this so that others will know what to expect if they choose to put the care of their loved ones in the hands of Elk Valley. Unfortunately I have to give this low rating to the organization although the caregivers have been really good. I would love to discuss my experience with someone in upper management…please feel free to contact me! TIA,

My child has been covered by elk valley for a long time, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else , they give the best care. Their nurses are so wonderful and always willing to help out and the staff, oh my goodness, they are so easy to get ahold of and they always find answers for me. I feel safe having my child in the hands of elk valley.

Been with Elk Valley for over 2 years. Great supervisor Ms Wanda. Schedulers are easy to work with and great patient and family. Gave only 4 stars because I have to follow up quite a bit on things but it does get done.
