Love Love Love - Big Country Home Health and its staff!!!! I am on my 2nd round with them after having my second foot surgery and the staff is very attentive, considerate, and knowledgeable. I’ve had dealings with Taylor, Laura, Larry, Amy and I know I’m forgetting a few but highly recommend Big Country Home Health.

I can't believe they have all 5 star reviews w the way they treated my mother. My mother had surgery on her foot almost a month ago, and she is supposed to be receiving home health care twice a week. Well since her surgery they have came once. I've tried getting them on the phone multiple times w no success and no one seems to even care that my mom is sitting here w old bandages and in pain. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Big Country Healthcare Services is by far the best staff ever! I recently had foot surgery and was required to have care for cleaning my foot. Larry Abels is the best! I am not the best patient when it comes to pain. He had to take off a bandage clean a foot that had several stitches and pins in my toes. He was careful and took his time cleaning and splinting each toe. He also changed his gloves several times cleaning my foot. I would also like to say that Nikki Anderson is great as well. She came to my home assessed me and made sure to tell me more than once if I was in pain to call Big Country Healthcare Services no matter what time it was! Their job is Patients and Patients come first No matter what time. I highly reccomend their services!
