We have been with this organization for several years. We have been through half a dozen case workers. The lastest one can’t seem to do her job. We have had a great group of nurses but god forbid any of them take a vacation or get sick. Just know MGA will not fill a shift if your care nurse calls in or takes a vacation. For example one of our nurses gave MGA a months notice she was going to leave the country for 3 weeks. So they had 7 weeks to fill her 3 shifts and not a single one was filled. Maybe this post will be a wake up call to their management.
