Kudos to Del Cielo. Stephanie Prezas was awesome! Thank you, Del Cielo, for sending such a wonderful employee to inform my dad about hospice. She was informative, polite, and concerned with my dad’s well-being. I really appreciate all she has done for us. Thank you, Stephanie!!

They don't know what they are doing. A few years ago, they were great. Now, you can't even get an answer on anything. You get pushed in circles and replies are never straight. Not to mention how rude some of these people are. They sound like they hate their jobs. Or I can barely hear them over the phone. Shame, whoever is running it now, is going to finish killing off this company

Very, disorganized. Ladies working the front don't know what they are doing. The nurses are uniformed about patients and sometimes aren't informed of patients current situation.

Jennifer, my father in laws provider deserves a shot out!! He adores her and she has been doing so much for him. We live out of town and can’t be there as much. Please recognize this lady for all her dedication and hard work. We appreciate you Jennifer!! You are a blessing to our family. I don’t know her last name but we’re trying to find out to thank her personally. Thank you, from the Narvaez Family

Sorry to report this but I've had it. The nurses know their stuff. They are good. I just can't get them to bring supplies. There is a serious lack of communication. Today is the 4th time they dont bring supplies and my foot doest get wrapped. They blame each other and make all kinds of excuses. Ive talked to the RNs about this and nothing has changed. Today I didnt get my foot wrapped, my wound is exposed. Now I have to wait until 3 days for them to bring supplies mind you they were supposed to bring them 2 weeks ago....this is ridiculous...
