This service is horrible. I have been late for work many times and then have called to see how much longer I have to wait for a pickup. 20 minutes? Call back, How much longer? 5 minutes. Call back, 5 more minutes. Fixing to call again (have seen three buses go by during this time) and another 5 minutes. Spent an hour waiting for a pickup.

I'm sorry but @ the same time not sorry, this transportation service is very rude, they don't help their own clients 2 or from the bus even though they really should especially those who r Visually impaired or n wheelchairs & they don't even pick up their clients on the days that they know they have ta b @ Dialysis even though their clients pay 4 their services every single month & they refuse their clients even if they r like a few days late on their payments. Shame on yall 😕
