Worst Business all!! Don't Care. The Employee was working at my home for cleaning and other. I am very Disabled, I'm not able to. The Employee has been gone for a month and in 2 days will be 5 weeks. They are useless and they could help us out and shut down.

Best home health service in Amarillo in my opinion. They have taken care of my mom and dad. Nurses and therapy team are top notch. I wouldn't recommend any other home health service. Caprock is the best of the best in Amarillo. Far better than BSA compassion or the other big corporate home health companies.

I absolutely love my nurse and my physical therapist! They have been a godsend! They go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. They show commitment and compassion in everything they have done for me. I look forward to their visits and it's like working with people I have known all my life. I can't imagine using any other company. Way to go Caprock! You have some wonderful caring employees. I will recommend your company to anyone I run across that needs your services. :)

Caprock home health has been a Godsend for me. They treat you like family. My nurse is not only a great nurse, she is also kind, compassionate, & takes the time to make sure you are truly alright before she leaves. At the Amarillo office, it starts at the top and is clear they are a family. Everyone works together to make sure all of your needs are met. My PT Donna, calls sometimes just to see how I'm doing. I'm a paraplegic and when I'm lonely, it's nice to hear a friendly voice. Caprock has firm roots in the community and when needed, works to find a solution for you, the client. I cannot say enough good things about Caprock. Lisa always brightens my day and I feel like family with this agency. I HIGHLY recommend Caprock to anyone. Simply put, they have changed my life.

She is so very thorough. She calls and checks on me during the week on nonscheduled visits. I look forward to seeing her smile and happy attitude!!
