I want to send a review on my #1 caregiver/nurse Rosa Salazar. She does an excellent job in all she does. She makes you feel as though you're very important to her. She has awesome nursing skills and goes above and beyond to do the very best. I can say she's like family and I truly love her. If you have the opportunity to ever get her you can rest assure you'll get the best Centerwell has to offer. Also Amber is also awesome and Cassandra is good . She also is a darn good nurse who is always tries to do the best to her ability. Over all Centerwell is the best home health that is offered in Amarillo. I feel very blessed I'm part of their care if I need it I know I'm in excellent hands.

I find them to be incompetent and going over their scope of practice. The nurses do not listen and treat clients in a condescending manner. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

If you are need of services for recovery for knee replacement. I strongly DO NOT recommend this company . Their services are trash. The do not provide services they claim to offer. We maybe saw them once a week and I am being generous on that . This is not a company to go to for your recovery needs.

In the past Center Well has been great but in recent weeks they rarely came to my Mom’s house. She went without care for a week or more at a time. They finally notified me that they would no longer be making home visits and I thought, “you haven’t been making regular home visits so it doesn’t matter.” Center Well said insurance wasn’t approving their visits and insurance said they were only seeking approval for one visit at a time rather than for the 30 or 60 days she was entitled to. I can’t recommend them at this point; they need to step up their game. That being said, the people who were in her home were professional and friendly and my Mother got good care from them.
