My mother in law has been on service with Elite Home Heath for over a year. The physical therapy staff has been amazing. She looks forward to seeing them every week. Lyndsey has been so helpful and we are so grateful for her. The office staff is always very fast to respond to anything we need. Nickki, the account executive even went to check on my mother in law when she was in the hospital and in rehab. You won’t find a more caring bunch of people.

first, let me clarify the nurses that came to see me would be a five out of five, but out of the blue today I get a phone call saying they are no longer taking my insurance and that my order ran out. I have the new order and Chelsea who I assume is the manager decided to tell me that they no longer take my insurance out of the blue. She was very rude in her tone with speaking with me. She offered to help me find somebody else, but I guess they just don’t deal well with people that stick up for themselves. I would not recommend them to anybody, but again, let me clarify the nurses were amazing. It’s the office staff that need to be in a different profession because I do not know how to deal with patients in a professional level.
