CHN Home Health is an incredible resource for Brazoria County. RN Lisa is exceptional—her compassion and attention to detail truly stand out. She takes the time to thoroughly assess my health from head to toe, ensuring I’m doing well, which is rare in home health care. So many providers rush through visits, but not Lisa. In addition, Dr. Rickey, their outstanding Physical Therapist, has provided the best therapy I’ve had in the past two years, and he’s accomplished so much in a short time. If you need nursing or therapy services, I highly recommend giving CHN Home Health a call. You won’t be disappointed!
