The OT scheduled with my friend to come Tuesday at 2. She called after 4 and asked if my friend still wanted her to come. My friend said yes and was told she would be there at 6. At 7 the OT called and said she forgot about her and went home. She scheduled for the next day and was again late without calling. I called the office yesterday to talk with someone and haven't heard back. Obviously communication is not a strength of theirs.

Can’t say enough about on how Abundant Home Health took care of my wife. We are grateful from the personnel in the office to her nurse Carla. Despite Carla’s busy schedule she never seemed frazzled and always took time to take care of my wife on her home visits. I would trust Carla with my wife care anytime

I had knee replacement, left knee in May & right knee in Sept. My physical therapist (both times) was Kirby, who was awesome. He is so encouraging and gives you a hard workout. I definitely would recommend him. Thank you Kirby for everything ❤️

If I could give this company a negative I would. Extremely poor service! They fail to return calls and don't even communicate that the therapist will not be out. After surgery your health should be considered a priority with this company it definitely isn't. Customer service over the phone is horrible as well as a few nurses. I would advise anyone to decline James as a nurse. Very uninformed and halfway completes his job! I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.
