I have not dealt with anyone other than my nurse, Elizabeth. She communicates very well with me or my wife directly regarding any schedule changes/delays. She has taken excellent care of me, draining my plurex catheter, monitoring my vitals, and providing wound care. She has facilitated a smooth transition from hospital to home.

My mother was released from the Hospital, and we had All Care to assist us upon her release. The initial nurse who came to our house was great, but then one day a nurse by the name of Bridget came. She was rude, condescending, and didn't have a stethoscope on her and she was visiting a lung care patient. Upon leaving our house she threw her blue gloves in our bushes. I have called and left 2 messages with the Director of Nursing but have yet to receive a call back. I called a third time and left a message on the general voicemail. No call back. Poor service and not caring.

The wound care was good but communication wasn't there enough. It seemed the nurse would rather converse with doctors about any concerns or her case manager but not the direct family who is involved with my disabled father who happened to be disabled from his time in combat service. The case manager never called to discuss concerns the nurse may have had either. Very unprofessional. Veterans deserve better care than this.

Very unprofessional. The first call I received from Kim, in the billing dept., was while I was still in the hospital. She called at 10pm and disturbed my sleep. Kim also made 2 more calls to me about my bill & what I owe. Kim is not prepared when she calls & demands money before it has a chance to go through my insurance co. On these 3 calls, Kim was always confused & would make me wait while she got her thoughts together to continue her sentence. I don’t recommend this Co.!!!!! I had a hip replacement 2 years ago, and my home healthcare provider was great. Very professional & on time & NEVER called me concerning my bill. They, as most companies worked everything out with my insurance co., and sent me a bill for anything that my Insurance Co. didn’t cover! If I could switch companies I would. I hate the thought of this awful co. Receive any money from my ins. Co., or me !!!!!!!!

I am very disappointed in the nursing wound care and customer services provided by this home health company for my large abdominal wound. This company never called me to confirm services or an appointment once the referral was made from the hospital. I had to call them on more than one occasion to confirm when the nurse would be out for the initial visit. I was given a time frame between 8:30-9:00. The nurse did not show up until 10:20am. Once the nurse got to my house- she didn’t have any supplies with her and appeared very unorganized and not prepared. She did not wash her hands once while handling my wound and asked for my husband’s help with dressing the wound. At my follow up wound care clinic appointment- the wound care clinic relayed that the wound had been packed with too much foam which in turn made the wound VERY painful. This whole experience has been very uncomfortable and disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
