The nurses are great & very helpful. But the doctor won't send a prescription for my heart medicine & won't give me a reason. This leaves me in danger of blood clots or stroke. I can't go to my PC doctor because I'm on hospice.

During the most difficult time of my life, Angel Wings Hospice was there. The team was very professional, prompt, caring and compassionate. They are located in Arlington, TX and distance was not an issue as we live East of their location. I would recommend the services of Angel Wings Hospice to any family faced with the difficult choice of securing hopice services for their loved one.

Angel wings was there, not only by my fathers side while he was in hospice, but also by ours. Although things were difficult, emotions were fluctuating within the family, they did everything to make my fathers transition as smooth as possible, all this while comforting him and the family. They definitely went over and beyond. They understand the emotional roller coaster, that families go through. Losing a loved one is never easy, but the fact that they made sure we had everything we needed speaks volumes about them, and the company. They definitely take their job very personal. Mr Joe was always a phone call away, even showed up when my father was mistakenly taken to the hospital to clear the misunderstanding up. I pray the Lord blesses each of them. They are definitely a blessing! I know my father will forever be greatful all the way in Heaven.

My family is so grateful to have had Angel Wings. Having hospice has been an invaluable experience. The chaplain prayed with us when my mom was transitioning, the social worker reached out to us and visited my mom and family to ensure we didn't need help with any estate planning and funeral arrangements, the nurses always gave great teaching on what to expect as my mom started to transition and the aide that came over was amazing. The aide cared for my mom like she was her own mom. The lady at the office Veronica was always so helpful if I had any questions. The people in the office would just call to see how I was doing. They not only checked on and cared for my mom but they also cared for me. I would recommend this company to anyone. They really made the experience of losing a loved one something that I was prepared for and they comforted me the entire way.

This company is very very rude and unprofessional. My father is in need for more days from the CNA and nurse and my sister asked could they provide that and they replied no. So we looked into another hospice agency and found one that could provide the service we needed. The New agency explained to us that all we would need to do is let Angel Wings know that we would like to transfer agency and the head nurse Kim and the administrator Dorothy became very combative and rude to my family and the New agency that was trying to get the paperwork They would not transfer the paperwork to make the transition smooth to whereas we could give them their bed and the new bed would come simultaneously but instead they want to take the bed and leave my father on the floor. They have no compassion for the patient nor the family. I would NEVER recommend Angel Wings Hospice to no one. Very Very poor service
