I really didn’t want to write this review because I want see my black business owners succeed. I quess today I need to get it over with and write this review.I have been a nurse for over 39 years it use to be a respectful career and comrade type of career where we respect each other and really cared about our patients and companies celebrated us . Lately I have come across the worse case of nurse abuse, pt care given disrespectful treatment of staff , withholding payments out of just meanness . I picked up a case with this company through a staffing agency for quick payment you know how it goes if you work temp service in and out daily payment. I seen this company pt on saturday morning and today is thursday still no payment.I took my laptop to office because I was having issues with esignature and signing and submitting note . I completed the notes and it was QA per the non nurse gentleman and non nurse owner nicole . I have reached out to staffing agency for assistance with this matter and the home health care company and still no payment. It’s not a lot of money 46.29 but it’s mine .I did the case it’s my money no matter how small . These companies are reimbursed by medicare , medidcaid , and private held entities. I have owned several companies and not once did I withhold a payment for my worker because I know whats it like to be an everyday person trying to make ends meet . It’s with a broken heart today that after careful consideration and patience and prayers I have decided to step away from my beloved profession. I can no longer belong to this profession of cold hearted greedy, out for myself , I am going get mine .I hate my beloved patients and all people I love so much caring for will miss my care and genuine care for them . I would like to say to Black Community Of Business Owners Do Better. We don’t have to be known as I Don’t Work With Black Business.Its Companies like you that have promoted this attitude towards black businesses. I want thank you Nicole for helping me make a heart breaking decision. Please Pay Your Employees. If anyone has any experience with this company or other personal care companies or home health care companies . Please Reach Out . I would to share your experience on my new utube channel the Jones Report. We as nurse and caregivers can hold these companies accountable. I can’t advise you on what company to work for or send a love one to but I can say Beware .

First of all if I could give Applesoft home health care more than five stars I definitely would. The owners Kelvin and Nicole Hinton are truly a blessing to the home healthcare profession. Applesoft sets the bar very very high. The staff from the owners to the nurses are very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Since being with Applesoft I have seen such growth and healing within myself which happens when you are dealing with professionals who care. I am a fall risk and I’m very afraid to walk especially when it’s dark whether it’s from the bedroom or living room to the bathroom or kitchen. Kelvin sent me a care package with night lights nonslip buddies and a much needed pillbox I’m just saying how many healthcare providers do that for their patients. He also assigned me one of the most awesome nurses Cassie Miller who was knowledgeable, professional, and very accessible. Applesoft Homecare Services LLC took care of my mother until the day she passed away. If you have an elderly parent or relative in need of Home health services YOU are in the right place. Applesoft really cares about your own! They have the most professional staff I have ever met. I am forever grateful to this agency for their care for my mother and will refer them over and over!!! This is a review based on my experience! So I had a patient who needed home care services, the daughter got a list of top notch Homehealth agencies in Arlington from a he Social Worker, and based on the ratings of AppleSoft Homehealth, she chose the agency to care for her dad. Unbeknown to her that I knew of the reputation of this company, she asked me if she should go with them? I said she would not be disappointed. A couple of months passed and her dad who was my patient previously was back in the hospital, and coincidentally he was my patient again, when I asked her how did it go with AppleSoft? She had nothing but glowing reviews. She stated that they were very satisfied with the services. I will recommend this agency any day!
