I called to ask if they could come out & do monthly port flushes for my daughter & I made sure they took her insurance. I was told yes just have the Dr send over a referral. Almost a week later I called to find out what was going on & was told she wasn't accepted as a patient. They never called my Dr or myself to let us know. I was told the manager would call & I never received a call. Totally unprofessional!

Place has incredibly unknowledgeble uncaring and uninformed employees. The nurses are wonderful if you can ever get then to show up. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone desiring even marginal health care at home. Horrible experience. I won't use names. You will find out on your own just how dishonest they are.

The nurses and office staff are organized and caring. I've used other agencies in the past and they do not compare. Very prompt and sufficient about the care they are providing my loved ones. Thank you DFW Home Health.
