I’ve really appreciated Bethany James as my son’s COTA over the past six months. She’s passionate, patient, creative, keeps weekly sessions pretty consistent and consistently communicates with parents and teachers. Bethany has been flexible during emergencies, always coordinating well with the Rehab at Home team, which shows her dedication. After past stressful experiences with two other home healthcare pediatric agencies, I’m grateful for how smoothly things have gone with Rehab at Home for occupational therapy services. They’re responsive to evaluation requests, my only suggestion is to have evaluations done in person rather than virtually, as it’s hard for young children to stay focused online. I highly recommend Bethany to families in the Irving, West Dallas, or Oak Cliff areas. I’m thankful this company accepts my son’s insurance and has such passionate therapists/ assistants who support our children.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful experience with our physical therapist, Edith! She was incredibly attentive to my child’s unique needs and always made sure we felt supported every step of the way. Her communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring — we always knew what to expect and felt like we were part of the process. She even went above and beyond by recommending helpful tools and toys from Amazon that my child still enjoys and benefits from today! You can really tell she cares deeply about the families she works with. We’re so grateful for the time we had with her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable therapist!

This Company has Delivered great service from beginning to end; provided compassionate and competent services in a very efficient manner. This is a great company! The woman that initially was setting up everything with my insurance took care of all that and I didn't have to do a thing. Thank you! BUT I really need to say that my Physical Therapist Edith has been amazing! She makes this comfortable to be able to do. I was very nervous going into this but I'm not anymore. She's very professional and caring. She not only asks how you're feeling and if anything has changed, she listens to any concerns you may have. This is scary going into something like this for the 1st time but she helped me get past that. She is truly trying to help me and help me understand what I'm going through. She's the BEST! Thank you Edith!!
