I have been a patient of Rosa's for several years due to different health reasons. I refuse to use any other home health service. Im very happy with the service I receive from everyone. The office staff is amazing, knowledgeable & very helpful. My wound care nurse, Sarah, is awesome. I suffer from bouts of cellulitis & she is continuously on the spot with my care. She's extremely caring & very gentle. She does very well with my maintenance care as well. My physical therapist, Lorie, is the best! I had a hip replacement in April & she was just as determined as I was to get me in shape. She pushes you to a point so that you are feeling the exercise but brings you back so there's no damage or extreme pain. She is by far a very thorough therapist, she's always coming up with new ideas & exercises to help strengthen, & build endurance. Nurse Trish does the certification & resumption of care. She is very kind, caring, & intelligent. She is thorough in her questions & in documenting everything needed for my care. They are always on time, courteous, & caring. They call or text the night before to schedule the appointment. Rosa's Home Health is a great company.

I used Rosa’s for over 5 years. I started with them and loved them due to Robin Minor who took amazing care of my Dad. After he passed away @ 94, I used them same agency for my Mom. Administrative errors were constantly being made with lost orders from Doctors, recert paperwork being lost/slow to be processing and it goes on from there ... I had to follow up with Admin for everything. Very unprofessional. The only reason I stayed was because I loved the care team I had assembled with Nurse, Aid & PT who provided amazing care to my Mom. May, 2021, Mom was released from the hospital on Saturday and was due to have Nurse come out on Tuesday. I called Monday morning and left a message for Sandra, but never received a reply. I called back at 3:30. Sandra told me she didn’t have a Nurse to send, informed me she was dropping my Mom from ALL THREE services and left us searching for a new home health care company to provide medical care to my 90 yo mother 2 days after she was released from the hospital. Sunday evening, one of the caretakers had voiced concerns my mother wasn’t seen in the system at all which tells me they knew in advance and didn’t contact me. Most unprofessional company I have done business with, but thankful we no longer have to do business with them.

Nurses almost never come when they are supposed to, or sometimes at all. They make my grandfather feel like he is a burden. Horrible care. I called the administrator to discuss these issues on 3 separate occasions and it changed NOTHING. Do not recommend at all.

I just got to say I love my nurse. She never fails to come. When i am in alot of pain she is empathetic and shows compassion. As the time goes on it's more like having a friend come over and check 3 times a week. She always also makes sure I have ample supplies for my dressing changes. I can also text her and ask her questions if I get nervous something is not going right with my machine. My nurse definitely deserves recognition.

I have entrusted the care of multiple family members to Rosa's. It is sad that I am seeing only a couple reviews that were negative, yet keep in mind they have worked with over 10,000 patients through the years from Tarrant county. No company that has to deal with horrible health circumstances and death can escape occasional misunderstandings or mishaps. Know that with Rosa's, they are privately owned and not run by a larger group with other financial interests or a hospital who treats you like the number they report to the government. Rosa's is flexible and can work with any situation and are not bound by red tape when it comes to going the extra mile. Again, I have trusted them with my own family- One recent example- My father-n-law, who nearly died in the hospital, went through a heart transplant, and was not given a good future outcome when being discharged... Rosa's was there at a moment's notice nursing him back to health. One year later he is healthier and happier than ever. We were all very satisfied and grateful to them for everything they provided and the impact they had on his life. I hope not to have to use a home health or hospice, but if me or any of my family has this need, Rosa's will always be who I turn to. Finally, one last thought... I have known and worked with Balinda, the owner of Rosa's, for many years and she is an ethical, strong, woman who is a pillar in our local community and who has a heart of gold. She strives for her companies to reflect her same values. They definitely went through a small rough patch a few months back, but they have amazing leadership with high standards and quickly fixed those few issues. I wish more people would post positive experiences, but unfortunately it is only the rare and sometimes avoidable negatives that get magnified.
