The LVNs that visit are prompt and helpful but unfortunately, the RNs are condescending and disrespectful of your time and schedule. Then they get mad if you’re not available freely for a reschedule (I had work commitments and my mom was on dialysis). Worst, they ignored referrals from the pcp and billed for services and visits that were not completed (though there were still visits on the auth). That is fraudulent. Watch your EOBs and report them if they do this with you!

Be careful doing business with this company. They talk a good game but when they come to your house, they dream up unsafe scenarios and report you to the Texas State Adult Protective Services. There is no communication. Even though I communicated to them that I had an out of pocket caregiver in my house 3 days a week and cameras everywhere, they still turned me into APS. The head scheduling nurse and social worker is on a power trip. All they are worried about is getting in your house without you being there. The nurses and aid workers are good but management is non existent. The head admin acts like your friend one minute and then when you have a concern about one of their workers, she plays the other side of the fence. I've asked for information about a couple of different things and have not heard anything in three weeks now. Typical company that says all the right things to get you to sign up but when they got you , everything changes for the worse.

So this is one worse agency in area. Filed a complaint against them for violating my rights to care. Discharged me I won’t tell you the whole details but it was prove by Texas Health and Human Services. They didn’t believe I would report them . Will quess what treat your clients better .

Our mother has terminal cancer and was in the hospital pain-free, and comfortable. The assessing/evaluating nurse came to the hospital and told us their concern was that our mother would be comfortable and without pain in her last days. The nurse (Jill) arrived 3 hours later (claiming it was due to an emergency) than scheduled, and appeared professional and compassionate; however, she did not have the medicine container that contained the medicines that relieve pain, so Mom could be comfortable and without pain. She texted the doctor to contact the pharmacy at least three times and the doctor did not reply, so she said she would call and talk to the doctor directly as she rushed off to another emergency. Later we found out that the doctor never received a call from her concerning the prescription for the medication needed for our mother; meanwhile, mother is severely suffering from pain, and has no comfort at all. We don't blame the company, in general, for our mother's pain and discomfort; however, we do blame the nurse, Jill, who spoke of two emergencies as priorities but neglected Mom, as though she was not an emergency or a priority, and as a result, our mother is uncomfortable and in severe pain. Ive got terminal cancer, not much time left. Im also a Christian woman and was told the people at this agency were also. However I'm floored at the way I've been treated by the nurse and the Director. I've never been rude to them or made demands on them. I've been given the run around time and time again on medication. I've lost weight and time with loved ones because of excuse after excuse. They were just too busy, had too many deaths to deal with or say they never got my messages. I was a Compliance Officer for many years and I've got all my records to prove it. God knows the truth and thats all that really matters. Please be careful before choosing this company for your loved ones care. God bless.
