Five stars for Dr. Yager. Zero stars for Harmony Cares. This is the worst medical company I have ever had to deal with. They're supposed to be caring for my 99-year-old mother in assisted living, but there is no communication from that company. You always have to call the main number, get put on hold for anywhere from 5 to 12 minutes(so far, for me) listening to a section of the same Mozart piano Sonata playing in a loop over and over again, not even the entire piece. I have received two emails "reminding" me of an appointment for my mother and we had no knowledge of those appointments. For the second appointment the "do not respond" email just said save the date, no time listed. So I end up in telephone hell trying to communicate with someone, anyone. And no one calls back, so I have to repeat the miserable process of their telephone system. Basically, the administrative part of this company sucks.

I absolutely love the idea of having medical attention in the comfort of my home. The staff is amazing. They listen and take the time to really understand. Sue Ann and Tracy really made me feel comfortable and were very reassuring. 10 out 10 would recommend.

My inurance company, Aetna, signed us up with HarmonyCares. They sent Marie Sedlak & Sue Ann Hall. These ladies have been an absolute blessing, as they came when after my husband became bed bound & we couldn't get him to a Dr. They have sent Xray techs, phlebotomy and have scheduled a dermatologist & optometrist (I do hope they come soon) to the house. Our team of Marie & Sue Ann are very professional, knowledgeable and a comfort of help & hope when we didn't think there was any.
