I had an open wound that required home health care for a couple of weeks so I could be discharged from the hospital. This was all new to me and I was a little nervous. The staff that came to my home were kind, nice, and treated me very well. I would like to thank Jackie, Bess, Marketta, and Shannon for their help and kindness!

I have a unique medical situation. Carter Healthcare has been there for me since December 2022. The nurses are well trained and with so much experience. I highly recommend Carter Healthcare.

2 days after I was released from Rehab after my spinal fusion Matthew Lawrence from Carter Healthcare came to my home and had me do some very aggressive PT, compared to what I had been doing in Rehab. After about 30 or 40 minutes he was telling me I was just doing fine and that I could do things now. Well, I did do a few things and really hurt my back and recently had another back operation all because Matthew Lawrence did NOT tell me that I should NOT do any PT for 3 weeks after I saw him. Also he should have told me to take it easy and NOT do the things he did to me 10 days after a major spinal fusion. I was doing great BEFORE I saw him and totally back to unbelievable pain after taking his advice. Please, be very careful after surgery and make sure you can do PT before someone like Matthew says "Oh, you can do any of these things". He virtually ruined my life.

Both the P.T. and visiting RN intervened and proactively solved some issues with my mother in the assisted living facility she is in, assuring her medications were correct and getting the help she needed to toilet. Am very grateful for them both. I can't be with her every day and knowing there are others checking on her and advocating for her is reassuring.
