Amazing company, they took great care of my grandmother all the way to the end. If possible I would rate them higher. Thank y’all.

Joe, the co-owner. started this agency just to make a quick buck. He doesn't really care about the clients. They didn't really supply the workers proper equipment for my care. They were given a little baggy of gloves instead of a box. Joe also yelled at one of my workers which I heard over speaker phone. I really felt insulted by him. I do not recommend this company, and if they try to reinvent themselves as most companies do, check into it and make sure they do not succeed.

Well I am not up here wanting to start stuff just being real is all Edwards home health is a dam good company and they take dam good care of there clients but when my doctor wrote the orders for me to get back in to services with Edwards home health care again because I have been in the hospital more then one's with bad infections and on IV antibiotics and all and when I am fixing to have back surgery on my back to soon because my back is getting real bad I can't wipe my own butt or shower because I do fall a lot because of my back so my doctor wrote the orders for Edwards home health to help me out so I can get the IV antibiotics and the help with care for my back for after my back surgery so I don't get a infection after my back surgery because I am more likely to get a infection after my surgery and my doctor doesn't want me to get that so I call Edwards home health and I did talk to someone in the office and I did update my new phone number with them because my doctor told me to do that because he was written the orders so they can come back out to work with me again but the office lady said that they did not have the orders yet so I said okay and update my new phone number with them so they can have the new phone number to call me to let me know when they would be coming out they still had my old phone number so I don't get there phone call today and I did call them back when I got back home because I saw that they did leave a card on my door to call them back and when I did call them back and got Edward on the phone from there company he was a bit rude to me at first and was asking why I needed services again with them and brought up the stuff from the last time I had services with them he brought up that when I had a friend that came in to town that I was to busy giving her tours around the city and not was at my house when they would come out to my house and I said that I was not giving no one tours that my friend had to go to the court house to take care of some stuff and I had other doctor appointments I had to go to also and I had to go pay my bills and get some food when I needed it I told Edward from Edwards home health company that I didn't have no home care attendant that was working with me to run and help me to do things like get food and pay bills and things like that for me that I have to do it all my self and I got the feeling that he didn't want to help me at that time he was rude and said for me to find another company to work with then when my friend call back and talk to him about my medical stuff getting worse he said that he was sorry and he would be seening me on Monday or on the weekend if he could

Edwards home health and hospice, were disrespectful to both my wife and I. Edward, the director himself, said he was tired, had been working for 12 hours and is still tired. I told him that we were trying to get food for the house, and that we've been out in the heat, all day long. He went on and explained that he was too. The Texas heat, shows no mercy. Even so, it does not give a person the right to be disrespectful to their clientele.
