As my partner, Jeff, was preparing to return home after a hospital stay for multiple surgeries due to numerous broken bones, it was crucial to have a home care team in place as soon as possible. From the very beginning, Anjie, our transition coordinator, went above and beyond. She was incredibly diligent, compassionate, and proactive — making all the necessary calls and ensuring that services were arranged quickly. Thanks to her efforts, a therapist was at our home the very next day after discharge. Since then, every person we’ve worked with has made a lasting impact: • Falicia (Physical Therapy) – patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging in helping Jeff regain strength and mobility. • Shanelle (Occupational Therapy) – practical and supportive, making everyday tasks easier and safer for Jeff. • Katarina (Speech Therapy) – a phenomenal listener who offers thoughtful and much-needed guidance. Her compassion and insight have been incredibly helpful throughout Jeff’s recovery. • Marcus – the first person to evaluate Jeff’s needs. He was thorough, kind, and has continued to check in with thoughtful follow-ups and genuine concern for Jeff’s progress. Every member of the Enhabit team has brought professionalism, warmth, and care during a time when we needed it most. We feel truly supported and cannot thank this team enough for the role they’ve played in Jeff’s recovery journey. During a time of such physical and emotional challenge, it’s truly a gift to have a team you can trust and rely on. The compassion, professionalism, and dedication of the Enhabit staff have made a difficult period feel manageable — even hopeful. We strongly recommend Enhabit to anyone facing a similar journey. They go above and beyond to provide care, support, and peace of mind when you need it most.

I am so frustrated with the care I received form Enhabit. I also chose them because they are a sister company to Encompass rehab and my experience there was phenomenal. Enhabit was the exact opposite. My OTs were helpful but my PTs were a joke. They would come and do no exercises with me and just took my vitals and talked to me then left. I was given no exercises to work on at home, no guidance on what I could work on and I had them discharge me as soon as possible. They made the excuse that they couldn't practice walking with me at home for safety reasons but they gave me no leg exercises and didn't work to improve my mobility at all. Awful experience.

This organization works with those who have cognitive issues. They visited my mother once, who refused care. When I asked them to try again, and reached out multiple times, no return calls and no help at all (after giving me their initial spiel, 'You'renever alone. You are supported.') Yeah right. If they didn't want to try again, pick up the phone and say so instead of adding to my utter feelings of helplessness. When dealing with dementia patients, as a caregiver, the feelings of abandonment, loneliness and despair are bad enough without being ditched by those who profess to care and understand these dynamics.

i had PT, OT and Nursing services with Enhabit and they are wonderful, very professional and caring. I would like to mention Shennel (OT) who also gave me a lot of support in a very stressful situation that I had as well as Felicia (PT). I am also greatfull to Matt (PT) Daniel, Logan, Valentina, Amanda, Patrick and Luis. In general all the staff. I want to thank them all from my hear for an excellent service in the past year. Our family was given OPTIMUM care from ALL the teams at Encompass!Rick first connected us to what we needed with such kindness and compassion. My Daddy first needed therapy. Steven and Kathleen went above and beyond helping with so much patience and consideration to his abilities and age. Then came home health...the encompass nurses continued to give caring professional insight to his well being.Lastly the Encompass Hospice team...The tender loving care to my Dad,Mom and i gave us the support and knowledge we needed to hear so gently.Thank You Brandon,Katy Bruce and Gracie.
