I would not even provide 1-star if I could. I am a doctor of PT that was brought on to work with St. David's home healthcare. No training was provided. Zero communication for my first few weeks, just left me out there aimlessly doing the best I could. Rhonda, my scheduler was rude and about as unhelpful as one could be. Erin, her boss was just as bad. Poor communication across the board. Very sad to see this is where healthcare is going. Just awful. Sorry to all the patients out there that have to deal with this. Worst company I have ever worked for by far!

st david's home health dropped the ball with home health. My dad had nursing, PT and OT ordered post hospitalization. PT came and evaled him. He said no nursing ordered. He would get it ordered. He picked him up for therapy. No call from nursing or therapy staff for follow up visits or nursing eval. We called and were told no nursing order and pta would call. Still no call, it has been over a week. My dad is starting to get wounds, has acites and is on blood thinners. Very disappointed. This is unethical neglect!!

Total Garbage...One day they are there to provide care 2 days later they refuse due to "staffing issues". I called on 7-5-22 in response to my original review on and spoke with Brianna and found much of the same response as before. Don't waste your time there are too many good home health care facilities out there. I can't believe these people are owned by the same company as St. David's Hospital

One of the worst Home Health companies in Austin. They continuously have poor communication. Expect no phone calls from nurses or messages at 8pm at night. Had an issue and Linda with their office actually replied "we can't change the past" instead of apologizing for the lack of understanding.
