I had surgery in September of 2023 and I am struggling to get my wounds to close. The Nurse supervisor is amazing. She is so kind. The nurse that comes to my home 3 days a week is awesome. She is truly caring, and extremely knowledgeable about my health conditions. Their social worker is very kind and willing to help you in any way he can. I have had a wonderful experience.

These people aren't fit to care for a potted plant. The owner is greedy and hateful. They charge for services not given. I would give 0 stars if possible.

I first used Main Street in 2016 when I had a hip replacement. They were such a great team, I called them back recently when I fell and broke my arm and back in July. They helped me regain and heal my arm and then after I had major back surgery, they helped me again. I was very sick when I came home from hospital and the nurses and physical therapy got me through the whole ordeal. My nurse Vivien was so knowledgeable and I literally couldn't have made it without her. I had pain, urination problems, constipation, etc. and she addressed every issue with me and worked closely with me. As a retired RN I am medically knowledgeable myself, but as a patient, I had NO idea of how to face a hard recovery from such a major surgery. Vivien addressed every issue and explained everything to me. She followed up with me and went above and beyond. I honestly felt like God sent her to me as a guiding angel. I am forever ingratiated to her. The young man who came out on a Sunday to check on me and sign me up so I could start services Monday. Wow! Thanks. Rhonda, my physical therapist. What can I say about Rhonda? To start, I trust her completely. She got me through so much. What a wonderful, caring person. As for the staff, I must say that they are all rock stars! I will always recommend Main Street. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Gloria Bradley

They took excellent care of my mom, they controlled her chronic pain to a level that made her very comfortable and actually made the transition to Hospice really good and never had any issues with the staff. Thanks for all the support and help provided when needed. John and Sandra did a great job with my mother. Very recommended when you need good caregivers.

Everyone is so helpful except for the owner Betty do not use her services we ended up in the hospital 7 hours because they messed up my moms picct line hospital told us to take pictures of it now turning into lawyer they are trying to charge me for a charge for a visit that was supposed to be a courtesy visit Betty is a very hateful person all she wants is money sad honestly so again do not use her services if you care about a loved one
