This is a few weeks overdue but….I called the Beaumont office to inquire information about care for both of my parents . I was put through to a lady named Madison as I was told she is the manager over this area. Such a waste of time. Madison kept cutting me off as I was explaining our situation. She sighed under her breath several times. She rushed the entire conversation made me felt as if I was inconveniencing her. We went with another company that is wonderful. No one wants to feel rushed or inconvenient when having to seek care for loved ones. The whole situation was very unprofessional. Please do better these are people’s love ones . Take time at least act like you care .

Worse experience we have ever had with a home healthcare provider. How do you send caregivers to a home when they have no experience? They couldn’t help my grandmother out of bed nor on the toilet. She is not bed written she can walk just needs a little help getting up. Also needs some help getting off toilet . Caregivers told us “I can’t do that “ Caregiver refused to brush her hair 😡She said “ I wasn’t told that is a requirement “ Seriously? I have spoken with her sister whom is her POA . We have found another agency they are wonderful. . Nothing good to say unbelievable. 🤦🏻♀️ a real shame.

Horrible just horrible care and services. Staff in office very rude the people they send to care for loved one rude!!! Aides come dress looking like they haven’t bathed in weeks . As if they woke up and came to work. One girl came with lice . You could see it . I made her leave!!! The people in the office don't care not do the people they send. 0 stars if I could .

Deeply Disappointed – Uncaring and Unprofessional Experience This was one of the most disheartening experiences I’ve had with a healthcare provider. It’s clear that some individuals in this system care more about getting paid than truly helping people. My father’s provider, Joyce, failed to return multiple messages I left. When I finally got her on the phone, she was shockingly unprofessional and openly upset that we were transitioning my father from in-home hospice care to a nursing facility—where he could receive the level of care he truly needed. She admitted she was upset because she would no longer be paid if he left home care. Imagine saying that to someone whose loved one is actively dying. It was a disgusting, dehumanizing moment that revealed a complete lack of compassion and ethics. I am absolutely appalled by how Beaumont's system handled this. Many people working in healthcare have no business being there. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone—not even my worst enemy. Families deserve better during such critical and emotional times.

The aide that was taking care of my girlfriend’s brother punched another family member in the face. The supervisor that was onsite with the aide got her car backed into. The supervisor calls her husband that’s Beaumont PD. The cops show up harassing the family on their property, gave him the ticket and let the aide go. There will be consequences for these actions. Licenses will get pulled. Accenture is garbage.
