Worst company ever! No care giver accountability! Some of the caregivers cuss at patients, do drive by clock in, then drive off, go do their own thing while on the clock, then they come back and do a bit of work and clock out. Patient was afraid to say anything about it for fear of retaliation. Stealing money out of the patient purse. Just a terrible agency.

I am a home care provider and i just so happen to be here while one of the cleaning ladies was here 25.00 hr she did absolutely nothing .!!! Just ran the bathroom water pretending to clean got up set when my client asked her to get off her phone or asked her while shes sitting on her phone when shes paying hourly the lady got up set was talking under her breath but loud enough for me and my 85yo client to hear … she didnt bring any cleaning supplies just used water dish soap and what ever the client had laying around then left earlier then she was supposed to because my client asked her to dust.!! Thank god for the cameras in the house we have already contacted bbb just a horrible company they dont care…

Be careful of the drivers. Was at Walmart when one flew around me into on coming traffic and people walking in the crosswalk. Very unprofessional. Makes me wonder how they take care of there patient. This was on 3/27/25 @8ish pm main st Walmart. In Lewisville Tall black man driving.

I have a very good friend that is constantly belittled, verbally abused and neglected by his attendant. Hallmark refuses to replace the employee. They always reassure my friend that they’re working on it and yet after 5 months, he’s still there…IF he shows up. My friend is completely disabled and the employee doesn’t even show up 3-4 days out of the week. It’s frustrating to see my friend suffer and literally crying to me over the phone because of this agency snd attendant. Don’t let your loved ones hire Hallmark.
