Very weak communication from this organization from a business perspective. They discharge you without letting you know. My mother was on schedule every 10 days for blood test and on the 12th day of not receiving one of them you call and then they tell you your discharged. I reached out to my main contacts there without any response and finally had to call the main office. Horrible, horrible communication practices

Sunrise Home Health provided home nursing during the early years of my grandmother's health struggles. Want to say this agency employs caring, compassionate nurses. They are extremely knowledgeable in wound care and the equipment used. I am a retired RN and know the difference between great compassionate and skilled care, and care given by nurses that view it as “just a job”. Our nurse Laveta is someone who goes out of her way to make sure we have everything we need and came out on a day that wasn’t even scheduled because our wound vacuum was beeping constantly. She is very kind and is excellent in explaining what she is doing. I trust this company and their people with my family! March 7 2020 I want to add to my review ! I have to say that Julie my brothers nurse has been so fierce fighting to keep not only his deep wound healing but also his spirit! She goes way beyond her duty to Chris coming out on days when she doesn’t have to, to make sure he is provided Excellent and compassionate care. I don’t know what we would do with her assistance. My brother and I don’t usually trust the medical personnel we have dealt with in the past, but Julie and LaVitta are excellent at what they do! God bless you both and thank you !
