I'm posting this on my mother's behalf who called earlier today wanting information about finding a caregiver for her mother (my grandmother). When she called the person that answered was Irma Pérez and immediately upon my mother stating she was calling for information about services, Irma interrupted her rudely saying she has already answered all her questions during her lunch. My mother told her that it her first time calling and she was confusing her with someone else. Even after that Irma did not apologize, but continued to speak rudely and aggressively towards my mother, so my mother hung up. After a few hours, my mother called again wanting to speak to the manager/owner, but she was just given the run around. If this is the treatment upon requesting information what is expected when actually caring for our love ones.
